João Victor Godoy – We have two products. Pilot is an odds balancer with artificial intelligence. It processes all bets, predicts the risk of each one and creates a loss limit for the house, to prevent the betting site from losing money. Then, it automatically balances the odds every minute, every second that bets arrive, rebalancing to ensure that the house is always positive.
Does this solution give credibility to the operation, through the odds, and security to the operator?
Exactly. It keeps the odds at a stable level, without peaks or valleys, and the AI ??itself does all the configuration. Therefore, there is no need to have a team of traders looking at the bets and the players. Simply let the solution do all this calculation automatically. It is a network and intelligence that was created by us, 100% Brazilian, 100% ours.
What is the second solution presented by Betpilot?
We have another one, also based on AI, that makes casino recommendations, like Netflix does for viewers. The system does this for players. Each player, when accessing the casino, sees the frontend for them, providing a unique experience for them, offering games that fit that player profile. This is also done by artificial intelligence. It scans the players' history and automatically puts together the entire set of recommendations for each one.
Tell us about the solution developed for Responsible Gaming, a recurring topic that has been treated seriously by both the government and operators.
We have KYP - Know Your Player. And what does KYP do? It is also based on artificial intelligence and monitors all of the player's parameters, such as withdrawals, deposits, gaming frequency and times. It understands and puts together a specific score for each player. When that score is reaching the highest risk level, it automatically intervenes and tells the casino that that player may have some situation that indicates a risk of compulsiveness.
So, does Betpilot offer an end-to-end solution with suitable conditions for both the operator and the bettor?
That's right. The concern is for both, both the operator and the player. A bookmaker has no interest in having players at risk of compulsion, and it's not good for the market itself. The idea is that, as the player plays, the AI ??itself takes their profile and creates a risk analysis, giving the bookmaker the possibility of intervening and guiding them on how to have a healthier game.
What is Betpilot's strategy for disseminating this product to the entire Brazilian market?
We are in partnership with Weebet, which helped us develop these tools. We did an initial joint announcement at ICE Barcelona and, from now on, the sales team and Weebet are presenting them to customers.
