With the regulation in force since January 1, 2025, EstrelaBet fully meets the requirements of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance (SPA-MF). Among the requirements met are the payment of the grant of R$ 30 million (US$5.25m) and the certification of Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), which validates the security and reliability standards of the operation.
The company was already among the operators with provisional authorization from SPA-MF and, now, consolidates its position by obtaining the definitive license.
