Who is behind KTO’s studies?
Behind the analyses and studies developed by KTO is a team of experts focused on transforming data into strategic insights. The team is led by Svilen Madjov, Head of Research, who coordinates all of KTO’s research initiatives.
With a group made up mostly of women, KTO's research team includes Maria Paula Nascimento, research manager, who works directly on the development of the team's studies. Alongside her, Priscila Ferreira, senior researcher, Simone do Vale, education researcher, and junior researchers Debora Nascentes and Luiza Giacon contribute with different specialties and play an essential role in data analysis and trend interpretation.

Expansion of research with ENV Media
In 2024, KTO expanded its research structure with the acquisition of ENV Media, a company specializing in studies on the iGaming sector. ENV already developed reports on player behavior, regulation, and global trends, providing detailed analyses that help understand how the market works.
In addition to its ongoing research, ENV Media also promoted an important debate on the sector by holding its seminar in September 2024. The event brought together experts to discuss the expansion and challenges of iGaming in Brazil, addressing topics such as regulation, player behavior, and innovation in the betting market.
With the presence of several industry representatives, including GMB, the seminar reinforced ENV's commitment to producing and disseminating knowledge in the sector.
With this incorporation, KTO now has an even greater volume of information and new methodologies for interpreting data. ENV's work complements the operator's internal research, allowing for a more in-depth view of the sector and expanding the possibilities for analysis.
