The organization announces that the Government of Colombia has authorized a Temporary Free Trade Zone, exclusively for GAT Expo, at the Las Américas Convention Center in Cartagena. This authorization will be valid from March 28 to May 30.
Thanks to this facility, exhibiting companies will be able to import machinery and equipment from other countries without prior nationalization, avoiding the payment of tariffs and VAT, as long as the products remain on the exhibition grounds during the exhibition. This measure represents a fundamental benefit for participants, optimizing logistics and reducing costs when exhibiting their innovations.
