José Francisco Manssur – Lawyer and guest professor at the USP Law School, he was a special advisor to the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance in 2023, being one of those responsible for regulating sports betting and online gaming in Brazil. He participated in the creation of the Fan Statute and the SAF Law, in addition to having served as vice president of communication and marketing for São Paulo Futebol Clube - SP.
Giovanni Rocco Neto – National Secretary of Sports Betting and Economic Development of Sports at the Ministry of Sports. He was president of the Association in Defense of Games and Betting (Adeja), where he worked to defend the integrity and development of the betting sector in Brazil.
