GMB – What new developments did Grupo Vibra present at the SBC Summit Rio?
Federico Saini – We had a strong presence at the event, introducing some interesting innovations in light of the beginning of iGaming regulation in Brazil. We placed a lot of focus on one of our verticals, video lottery terminals (VLTs). We are investing heavily in this segment, entering the Brazilian market strongly across different states. We already have a presence in this sector in the country, and we are now expanding operations to Argentina and Peru, where we have already established some partnerships. More news will come in the next few months.
Besides the VLT division, how is business going with the gaming division, which includes various games, and the Solutions division, which offers a well-established platform in Latin America?
Business is going well. Our game studio has been growing significantly, not only in Brazil, which is our main market, but also in other countries. Every month, we launch new games, and at BiS SiGMA, we will showcase a title specifically designed for Brazil. Additionally, we are working with several partners on the certification of our solutions to ensure full compliance with regulations.
Regarding our platform, we are working hard to adapt new market trends to provide a highly competitive experience and continuously improve. The regulation has set specific rules for promotions, which could help casinos maintain their volume levels. We are adjusting our technology to educate all players on how things will work moving forward. 2025 will still be a transition year, and the following year will be about growing and applying everything we have developed so far.
Regarding regulation, even platform developers must pay attention to Responsible Gaming, for example. Is this something Vibra is focused on?
Absolutely. All licensed operations belong to highly serious companies with strong social responsibility. They will know how to regulate the market, and we must be aligned and prepared to meet the players' needs while ensuring maximum compliance with Brazil’s new regulatory framework.
How do you stand out in such a competitive market like Brazil?
Technology is a commodity. I believe the real differentiator will be customer service, support, and the ability to offer technological flexibility that enables innovation, allowing operators to meet their customers' expectations. We have a dedicated team in Brazil, always ready to provide excellent service and exceed our partners' expectations.
Will Vibra be present at BiS SiGMA Americas in São Paulo?
Absolutely, we will be there with exciting new developments. We are very excited about everything happening in Brazil and what’s ahead for the future.
