Grants provisional authorization for the legal entity that mentions operating the fixed-odds lottery betting modality, under the terms of the court decision handed down in legal proceeding
nº 1005404-58.2025.4.01.3400.
THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º To grant the provisional authorization for the following legal entity to explore the fixed-odds lottery betting modality, starting on January 1, 2025, under the terms of the decision handed down in legal proceeding No. 1005404-58.2025.4.01.3400:
- Corporate name: BPX BETS SPORTS GROUP LTDA
- CNPJ (Brazilian Business Registration Number): No. 55,590,815/0001-60
- Trademarks: VAIDEBET, BETPIX365 and OBABET
- Segments: sports theme and online games together
- Modalities: virtual and physical together
Art. 2º This Ordinance shall come into force on the date of its publication.
