“Cactus Gaming updated its platform and launched features to ensure market’s best conversion rate”

Cactus Gaming has stood out in the iGaming market by investing in technology, updating its platform and launching new features to ensure the success of operators. During SBC Rio, Thiago Silva, Business Director, received GMB for an exclusive interview, when he revealed that the new features are ensuring business recovery and an excellent conversion rate.


GMB - What's new at Cactus Gaming at SBC Rio de Janeiro?

- It's very gratifying for Cactus to participate in another edition of SBC here in Rio. There are many new features on the platform and several features that we have developed. Regulation, as everyone knows, began on January 1st, so we are always evolving and looking for new ways. The main thing is that we are always working with a focus on conversion. This is what Cactus has always stood out for. In addition to having a system with 99.9% uptime, Cactus' conversion aspect has always been our big differentiator, even more so now in the regulated market.

We have developed several mechanisms and functions that have allowed our operators to significantly recover in volume and grow within the regulations. We already have many brands growing 10, 20, even 25%.

Were these new updates and features that were developed a requirement of the regulations, of the operators, or of the end user?
In fact, it was a combination of all three. We work within the regulations to improve conversion and the end-user experience, observing other countries that are already regulated, how foreign operators work, adapting this, obviously, always within what our law requires, to bring more conversion power to operators.

 



And how do you see the current regulatory situation in these two months?
I would say that the sea is still very foggy. We are often sailing in uncharted waters, but we are moving forward. I also sense that the regulator intends to seek out the industry to discuss. Many things will still change along the way, but I welcome the regulation of the market.

Of course, for us, on the other hand, the conversion part is very difficult. Users need to have an easier time getting in. But we understand that the main thing is to have legal certainty and serious companies working. This is priceless, so I welcome these two months.

What are Cactus' differentiators that make it stand out in the Brazilian and international markets?
We always work with the end user's experience. We have a dedicated team that evaluates not only our platform, but also other casinos and sites that operate with other platforms. We conduct market research with the end user to understand the difficulties and provide solutions with technology. Our development team has a unit focused on improvements and new features, which allows us to move forward quickly.

How have operators evaluated the Cactus platform?
When January 1st came around, the feedback was not good, because everyone saw a drop. But now, we are already recovering volumes. We have received good feedback about the platform's performance. We always listen to our operators. At Cactus, the operator will be listened to, with 24/7 support, made up of Brazilians, many bilingual, to provide quality and fast service.

 



What are Cactus' plans for the medium term?
In the Brazilian market, we will continue developing the platform to serve the operators we already have. We are in negotiations with other large houses. Internationally, we are advancing in Latin America and Asia, with strategic partnerships. Many new developments are coming in the second half of the year.
