Carla Dualib, Business Manager Brazil

“SOFTSWISS’s growth prospects in Brazil are huge and its plans are just as big”

With an increasingly solid presence in Brazil and LatAm, SOFTSWISS reinforces its commitment to innovation, technology and responsibility in the iGaming market. During BiS SiGMA Americas, Carla Dualib, Business Manager Brazil, highlighted the company’s recent achievements in an exclusive interview with GMB, including strategic certifications and development driven by regulation. “We grew a lot in this first quarter and we continue with ambitious plans.”

GMB - Tell us what innovations SOFTSWISS brought to this edition of BiS SiGMA Americas in São Paulo?
Carla Dualib
- SOFTSWISS always brings a lot of innovation and technology. We have the certifications for our Game Aggregator and Jackpot Aggregator, both for Brazil and Peru. This opens many doors and business opportunities, especially here in Brazil.

In your opinion, how is BiS SiGMA this year?
It's incredible as always! The organization of Carlos Cardama and Alessandro Valente and BiS SiGMA grows every year. Those who have been participating for a while notice how the event evolves, along with the Brazilian market. With the regulation, everything has gained even more strength.

What were SOFTSWISS's goals for this event?
Our goal, as always, is to continue consolidating ourselves in Brazil and further expanding our presence here and in Latin America. We are already well established, but we want to grow with our products, our credibility, innovation and technology — not only in Brazil, but also in Africa and throughout Latin America. And with the regulation, this growth is already a fact.

What is the role of strategic alliances between operators, providers and payment companies in strengthening the Brazilian market?
It's essential! In a regulated market, collaboration between operators, providers and payment companies is essential to ensure a sustainable and efficient ecosystem. The union of these fronts strengthens the sector as a whole.

How does AI fit into this scenario? We know that SOFTSWISS is already working with it.
AI is already integrated into our solutions and is extremely important, especially with regard to responsible gaming, which is a major concern of ours. SOFTSWISS is a company committed to integrity and responsibility in the Brazilian regulatory environment.

How was the first quarter of the year for SOFTSWISS in Brazil? And what are the plans for the rest of the year?
It was incredible! We celebrated SOFTSWISS's 15th anniversary — and in style, with our non-executive director, Rubens Barrichello, who continues to be an active member of the team. He participates in the development of technologies and innovations.

He is not just a symbolic figure. We grew a lot in this first quarter and continue with ambitious plans, because the growth potential in Brazil is huge. We know that the growth prospects are huge and our plans are just as big.

Did Rubinho participate in the lecture and what other activities did you do?
Yes! He gave the lecture, accompanied us and came back on Thursday. He also participated in the karting event that we prepared to close BiS with our partners this week.
