“CP Games creates 100% customized games to meet Brazil’s expectations for the coming years”

Making its debut at BiS SiGMA, CP Games is coming to Brazil to deliver 100% customized games for the local audience, understanding the depth of Brazilian culture and preferences. Talking to GMB, Head of Marketing Gustavo Risan highlighted the country as an strategic priority and the importance of alliances in the iGaming sector, integration with AI and events as a point of contact. “CP Games wants to understand Brazil from the inside out,” he stated.

GMB – Was this CP Games' debut at BiS SiGMA Americas?
Gustavo Risan – Exactly. CP Games is making its debut here at BiS SiGMA Americas. Our first event was SBC, in Rio de Janeiro, and now we are here because we believe this is the right stage to make everything happen.

The company is entering Brazil with full force, bringing all its personality and plurality — including a refreshed visual identity — all to better connect with the Brazilian audience.

What innovations and products has CP Games showcased here at BiS SiGMA?
Besides AI, which helps us accelerate processes and better understand Brazil’s plurality, we believe that 100% customized games for the Brazilian audience will meet the expectations of the coming years very well.

Was CP Games' goal at BiS SiGMA to introduce itself to the Brazilian public?
Yes, we wanted to show that CP Games is already a major player in the international market and is now bringing all that expertise to Brazil.

We presented our corporate strength while also showing that we’re a company willing to understand the local culture, developing a personalized business plan tailored to the Brazilian reality.

In your opinion, what is the role of strategic alliances between payment companies, operators, and providers?
It’s essential. No one grows alone. These alliances are necessary to show that multiple sectors are committed to development. The iGaming core is expanding and benefits many people, directly and indirectly.

These partnerships also send a message to regulators — who are now playing an active role — that our work is serious and committed. Through integration, we can build ethical and responsible alliances and show that the iGaming universe is more about fun than just financial matters.

And what about integrating new technologies like artificial intelligence? How is it evolving in the iGaming process?
AI helps a lot, but it doesn’t replace. It’s still in development, and there’s a global race in this area. However, it enables exponential growth. Testing becomes faster, and both certainties and mistakes emerge more clearly and quickly.

How do you see the future of sports betting, digital entertainment, and providers in the coming years?
When we eliminate political noise and the interests that divert from the true purpose of what we do, regulators will be able to clearly see who the truly committed players are. Then, natural selection will do its job: the best ones, those who offer more quality and responsibility, will prevail. That’s what improves the market.

Does CP Games have localized products specifically for the Brazilian audience?
Yes. In addition to specific products, we have a development structure focused on creating games that represent not only how the world sees Brazil but also how Brazilians see themselves. We’re mapping cultural and social factors to bring a true representation of the Brazilian perspective — without that superficial filter often applied from the outside in.

Can you give us a summary of CP Games' first quarter of 2025?
The beginning of 2025 has been very positive. But we believe there’s always room for improvement. Our motto is hard work. Even with good results, we know there’s still a long road ahead.

This year, we want to be present at multiple events, staying close to consumers, operators, media, and the press. Our goal is to understand Brazil’s rhythm as quickly as possible and reflect that in the games we’ll launch.

And what are CP Games' plans for the rest of 2025?
We’ll be promoting some of our own events. Today we’re even hosting a cocktail party for our clients and partners. Later on, we plan to hold events like we did in 2024 — meetings focused on discussions with legal experts, economists, and CEOs from the industry. A more reserved setting, outside the intense pace of the trade shows, yet still centered on entertainment and networking.
