Vanguard Entretenimento Brasil Ltda complied with all legal requirements and this Wednesday (2) the Official Gazette of the Union published Ordinance 693, from the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA), authorizing it to operate definitively in Brazil until December 31, 2029.
The company will operate under the brands JogodeOuro, Esporte365 and BetAki.

Authorizes the legal entity mentioned herein to operate
the fixed-odds betting lottery modality.
The SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 55, Item I, of Annex I of Decree No. 11.907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13.756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14.790, of December 29, 2023, hereby resolves:
Article 1 – To authorize the following legal entity to operate the fixed-odds betting lottery modality, in accordance with Laws No. 13.756, of December 12, 2018, and No. 14.790, of December 29, 2023, the ordinances issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0092/2024:
Article 2 – This Ordinance comes into effect on the date of its publication.
