This certification allows suppliers like NLS to benchmark their corporate social responsibility practices against a recognized industry set of standards and proves that player protection is at the core of the operation. Although NLS has been devoted to Responsible Gaming policies and Corporate Social Responsibility practices since its very beginnings, this achievement marks an important step forward for the company.

NLS has successfully passed the certification through an external audit carried out by the independent, WLA-approved assessor BSI Group. All NLS products and services, as well as best practices towards lottery customers, have been analysed and assessed in the process.

"Our alignment with the WLA Responsible Gaming Framework shows our commitment and strategic approach to responsible gaming. It underlines how social responsibility and responsible gaming remain the foundation of our business strategy. In good cooperation with our clients, employees and other stakeholders, we will continue to develop our solutions in a responsible way,” said Frank Cecchini, CEO of NLS.

NLS will continue to examine the best practices in the field of responsible gaming and actively participate in the WLA’s Responsible Gaming program. This Certification is valid until 2020 when NLS will seek recertification to WLA Standard.
