Baha Mar Casino names VPs ahead of April opening

With just over a month to go before the opening of its casino, Baha Mar Resort has confirmed the appointment of Alex Pariente and John Zaremba to the Executive team at Baha Mar Casino, which will become the largest one in the Caribbean

Pariente will serve as Executive Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing, while Zaremba as the Vice President Casino Operations.

The duo will be in charge of the 100,000-square-foot casino at Baha Mar, which after opening next April 21st, will be the largest casino in the Caribbean with 1,000 slots, 126 table games, race and sports betting, mobile gaming and VIP high roller suites.

Before joining Baha Mar Casino, Pariente was the Chief Gaming Officer for Hard Rock International in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. He also has experience as the Executive Vice President of International & Domestic Marketing at the Wynn-Encore in Las Vegas, one of the world’s most successful gaming resorts. Pariente also served as Senior Vice President of International Marketing for Caesars Entertainment.

Zaremba was the Vice President of Gaming Operations for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where he served as a member of the senior management team responsible for the opening of the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. He created and operated the most successful high limit and private gaming salons in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan, Venetian, and Palazzo.
