The LatAm Forum will be a panel discussion on gaming opportunities in the Latin American region, that will examine opportunities in newly regulated countries, business culture and the construction of a toolkit for its expansion in the region.
This forum is part of the ICE VOX programming cycle of lectures and debates on different themes of the gaming market in specific conferences dealing with international regulatory experiences, casinos, eSports, sports betting, technologies, game design and development, among others. The LatAm Forum is scheduled to take place at the World Regulatory Briefing Conference (WrB, Day One), which addresses regulatory gaming experiences around the world.
The table of The LatAm Forum will be formed by Cristina Romero de Alba, partner of Loyra Abogados as moderator; Juan Perez, President of Colombia's Coljuegos; Miguel Ochoa, President of the Aieja of Mexico; Javier Balbuena, President of Conajzar of Paraguay; Juan Perez, President of Coljuegos and member of the Ministry of Finance Colombia; Luis Gama, President of DNLQ Uruguay and CIBELAE, as well as Mansueto Almeida. The debates are scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m., London time, around 5:30 p.m. Brasília time.
The secretary will be accompanied by a delegation of SEAE technicians made up of Alexandre Manoel, undersecretary of fiscal governance and lottery regulation; and coach Waldir Eustáquio Marques Júnior, General Coordinator of Governance of Prizes and Drawings.
Subsecretary Alexandre Manoel talks about expectations for the event: "Among the events of lotteries and entertainment games I know, I consider ICE the most comprehensive, where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences and participate in various mini-courses that add to my knowledge about this market ".
The Subsecretary will also attend The New World Café a conference with different tables of debates where regulators from various regions explain the current situation on different topics: what is already operationally ready and the future; cultural customs and measures unique to those jurisdictions; regional license specifications and the potential for regional expansion.
