The Lotex Auction Grant Commission published in the edition of today's Official Gazette the Notice of Extension of Notice No. 1/2018-PPI / PND. The document signed by Guilherme Albuquerque, BNDES and chairman of the grant committee, changes all deadlines so that the interested parties can ask questions and send a proposal, and remarks the auction for July 4, 2018.
The first modified date is the delivery of requests for clarifications that could now be made until June 6.
The delivery of the proposals that will be made by the companies interested in the operation of Lotex and other documents required for the bidding is now on June 25.
And with all the changes the auction scheduled for June 14 was also delayed in almost 20 days and will be held on July 4.
