In addition to recording, making available and broadcasting the drawings, the contracted company, under the supervision of Caixa, will have the function of creating supporting texts, organizing videos, monitoring interactions, creating original content and other activities inherent to the YouTube channel.
Currently, Caixa Lotteries have eight types of games, with draws every day of the week, except on Sundays. They are held in the Espaço Loterias Caixa, located in the Tietê terminal in São Paulo, or in the Caminhões da Sorte (Lucky Trucks), mobile units that travel the country and organizes draw lots in public places.
Companies will be required to record and make available all the draws of Caixa Lotteries and broadcast a live portion of the YouTube Lotteries channel. Recording and transmission must have high quality standards with production of the captured and transmitted images.
The company must also manage the channel, uploading, organizing and making available the videos. Finally, the firm in charge of the service must create original content for publication in the channel, with publicity and entertainment purposes.
