The purpose of the Federation is to be the official spokesperson of these businessmen who seek to be represented before the regulator, public and private entities and public opinion. Evert Montero Cárdenas, current president of the Union, participates constantly in the definition of resolutions, decrees and laws, ensuring that the Government provides in the legal framework in which this activity takes place sufficient legal and financial guarantees for all operators.
"Thanks to the commitment of our board of directors and members, we have managed to attract more affiliates to Fecoljuegos. At present there are approximately 80 companies working under a same purpose, a number that we are pleased to announce has increased with the new companies in this last two-month period corresponding to April and May. We welcome Gambee and Novomatic who entered the sector of suppliers and manufacturers; to Masgol.co, sports betting platform, in the field of online; and finally to SunDreams, Millionaire, King Club, Inversionistas de la Costa and Codere that are added within the located games," the Federation also said.
"We are 100% committed to our affiliates. In us they will find support to defend their interests, ensure market opportunities and the growth of the industry, we will work to make this a long-term sustainable activity with guarantees. We know how or sector brings to the economy of the country and to the health of Colombians. That is why we trust our members and we look for their work to be recognized," concluded Evert Montero Cárdenas.
