WSOP Circuit Brasil 2018 Rio de Janeiro launches new promotional video

Between next September 25 and October 2, the beautiful Rio de Janeiro will host the 'World Cup' of poker that will once again stir the local scene with structure and prizes to consolidate the brand in Brazil. The organization disclosed in its social networks the new promotional video of the event with images of the city and the Hotel Belmond Copacabana Palace along with great players and a music according to the taste of the city. The venue chosen to host the event is the luxurious Belmond Copacabana Palace Hotel. This traditional place will welcome attendees to the WSOP Circuit Brazil 2018 with the comfort of an impeccable infrastructure coupled with a perfect location for tourism.

"We have seen the passion of Brazilian poker players for years at the WSOP in Las Vegas. Bringing the WSOP Circuit to Rio de Janeiro is a dream come true for us at the WSOP. Our events have been a great success in Brazil and we expect the 2018 edition at Copacabana Palace to be the best ever," said WSOP director Gregory Chochon.

Located on Avenida Atlântica, Copacabana Palace is in front of the world-famous Copacabana beach, very close to the commercial center and the Ipanema and Leblon districts. The perfect paradisiacal setting with practicality and options for great moments out of the poker tables.

World Series Of Poker
In the 1970s, poker took a sporting form with the creation of the largest tournament of its kind in the world, the World Series Of Poker (WSOP). Gaining notoriety thereafter, in 1971 the disputes went on to have cash prizes. The main event started with Texas Hold'em and in 1973 was added five-card-stud. From there, more modalities were introduced in the championship conquering more players and enthusiasts.
