Enjoy's general manager, Gerardo Cood, said that this operation is in line with the company's development strategy. "We are attentive to investment opportunities that generate tangible and relevant synergies, and that is what we saw in these two properties," he said.
According to a statement issued by the Chilean casino and hotel operator, during the past year both casinos reached a consolidated income of approximately US$19 million for the concept of gambling. In this sense, Cood said that "along with an attractive price, we see in San Antonio and Los Angeles markets with a high potential associated with the new Enjoy management model".
Regarding the financing of the amount of the transaction, the executive said that Enjoy is in good standing to complete the operation with its own resources, which is part of the company's objective financial structure.
